    A complaint is a pivotal point in the relationship with a customer. When a customer complains, it’s often the greatest test of the relationship between the customer and their service or product provider. Complaints transition customers from being agnostic to opinionated. If you handle the complaint well they will be more loyal. If you don’t they may well move on.
